The heavy-duty continuous cast iron grates allow for even heat distribution and maximum stability of cookware mobility over a recessed enamel cooktop cavity which keeps spills and splashes contained and easy to clean.
The 4.32 cu. ft. oven has a total broil and bake output of 30,000 BTU, encased in a blue enamel interior with an insulated oven doors and tempered 3-layer glass windows. The convection fan, thermostat and regulator ensure to achieve fast, precision and consistent oven cooking. Included are 2 telescopic oven racks, Wok Ring, reversible grill/griddle, Air Fryer basket, rack & drip pan, LP conversion kit and 3-prong power cord.
